Through this year’s summer institute, AVID will train approximately 27,000 educators from across the country in strategies to improve student engagement, increase graduation rates, and close achievement gaps in underserved student populations. The program also includes teacher and student speakers sharing inspirational stories about how AVID impacted their academic and personal lives.
